The acquittal model, as one of the important teachings of Islam, is based on fundamental principles that have received less attention so far. These principles, which form the root and basis of acquittal, not only demonstrate the rationality of this teaching and its compatibility with other religious teachings, but also its internal coherence and interconnectedness are remarkable. The purpose of this research is to accurately explain these fundamental principles and reveal the relationship and connection between them, to show that the rule of acquittal is based on deep and solid principles that are also confirmed by rational analysis. This research, with a theoretical and problem-oriented approach, complements the data of predecessors. The research data has been collected through library study and reflection on religious teachings, and through rational analysis, the relationship between these principles with each other as well as with the concept of acquittal has been discovered. The findings of the research indicate that the Islamic model of acquittal has various fundamental principles that can be analyzed in four categories: ontological, epistemological, anthropological, and theological principles. In conclusion, acquittal is based on fundamental principles that reason is able to analyze, and there is a close relationship between these principles and the concept of acquittal, as well as between the principles themselves, which has made the acquittal model a solid, coherent, and consistent model with other religious teachings. مقاله حاضر به تحلیل عقلانی مبانی بنیادین الگوی اسلامی برائت با تأکید بر پیوستگی آن‌ها می‌پردازد. الگوی برائت ، به عنوان یکی از آموزه‌های مهم اسلام، بر پایه مبانی بنیادینی استوار است که تاکنون کمتر مورد توجه قرار گرفته‌اند. این مبانی، که ریشه و اساس برائت را تشکیل می‌دهند، نه تنها نشان‌دهنده عقلانیت این آموزه و سازگاری آن با سایر آموزه‌های دینی هستند، بلکه انسجام و پیوستگی درونی آن‌ها نیز قابل توجه است. هدف از این پژوهش، تبیین دقیق این مبانی بنیادین و آشکار ساختن ارتباط و پیوستگی میان آن‌ها است، تا نشان داده شود که حکم برائت بر پایه اصولی عمیق و مستحکم استوار است که تحلیل عقلی نیز آن را تأیید می‌کند. این تحقیق، با رویکردی نظری و مساله محور، به تکمیل داده‌های پیشینیان می‌پردازد. داده‌های پژوهش از طریق مطالعه کتابخانه‌ای و تأمل در آموزه‌های دینی جمع‌آوری شده و با تحلیل عقلی، ارتباط میان این مبانی با یکدیگر و همچنین با مفهوم برائت کشف شده است. یافته‌های تحقیق نشان می‌دهد که الگوی اسلامی برائت دارای مبانی بنیادین مختلفی است که می‌توان آن‌ها را در چهار قسم مبانی هستی‌شناختی، معرفت‌شناختی، انسان‌شناختی و خداشناختی تحلیل نمود. نتیجه آن‌که، برائت بر پایه مبانی بنیادینی استوار است که عقل قادر به تحلیل آن‌ها بوده و ارتباط وثیقی میان این مبانی و مفهوم برائت و همچنین میان خود مبانی وجود دارد، که سبب شده تا الگوی برائت یک الگوی متقن، منسجم و سازگار با دیگر آموزه‌های دینی باشد.
