The present article analyzes the rational foundations of the fundamental principles of the Islamic model of acquittal (bara'at), with an emphasis on their interconnectedness. The acquittal model, as one of the important teachings of Islam, is based on fundamental principles that have received less attention so far. These principles, which form the root and basis of acquittal, not only demonstrate the rationality of this teaching and its compatibility with other religious teachings, but also its internal coherence and interconnectedness are remarkable. The purpose of this research is to accurately explain these fundamental principles and reveal the relationship and connection between them, to show that the rule of acquittal is based on deep and solid principles that are also confirmed by rational analysis. This research, with a theoretical and problem-oriented approach, complements the data of predecessors. The research data has been collected through library study and reflection on religious teachings, and through rational analysis, the relationship between these principles with each other as well as with the concept of acquittal has been discovered. The findings of the research indicate that the Islamic model of acquittal has various fundamental principles that can be analyzed in four categories: ontological, epistemological, anthropological, and theological principles. In conclusion, acquittal is based on fundamental principles that reason is able to analyze, and there is a close relationship between these principles and the concept of acquittal, as well as between the principles themselves, which has made the acquittal model a solid, coherent, and consistent model with other religious teachings.
