The Importance of Understanding Intercultural Competence in Interactions of Denominations

Abstract
Interactions between the members of different denominations affiliated to a religion is one of the important points that its explaining have been regarded by the culture researchers, the ones looking forward the collaboration of societies. Analyzing the subject of “Intercultural Competence” can be regarded as a qualitative index to evaluate these kinds of agency. Beyond this, analysis, propagation and implementation of “Intercultural Competence” is also a stepping stone in raising this type of symbiosis. This essay is trying to find the links between understanding of this subject and its effect on the religious relations in cross cultural societies. Due to the fact that the basic concepts of this research have not been investigated by the Persian researchers seriously, the article has chosen the way of explanations and descriptions based on the data and ideas of other communities’ researchers. The result of this study is to highlight the cognitive principles of intercultural competences and their cultivation in the range of multicultural communities and regions.
