The aim of this article is with a new outlook and paying attention to definition of judgment as a lexical term and jurisconsult’s terms and with considering that in book and Sonnat, is to understand the concept of judgment. Most of jurisconsults of Islamic sects define “judgment” as resolving enmity which philologist remarks, Qur’an verses, Prophet Mohammad (PH) Hadith and A’emeh (PH) Hadith is corroborant this definition; and this concept defined in any of them expressly or symmetrically. On other hand, if we define this word in this way, it would not include judging through God’s orders which some scholars such as the first Shahid, an Emamiyeh jurisconsult, Yahya Ebn Sharaf Nouvi- a Shafe’ee jurisconsult- and Ja’fari Langaroudi without mentioning to this difference try to define this word in the way that include these points as well.
