Abstract
A supply contract is a contract in which one of the parties undertakes to pay a part of the price for a certain price that is often divided and supply the described goods to the other party in one or more installments. There is no doubt that Selling supplies has become an essential need for individuals and countries, contemporary life and the increasing role of public and private institutions in economic activities required them to become one of the parties to people's daily contracts, which resulted in the emergence of new contracts that They were not known before. This research proves that Islamic jurisprudence has the ability and potential to keep up with all developments and issues of the day in contracts, with conditions and all transactions. The findings of the present research, which was carried out by a descriptive-analytical method, is that the importation is a new contract with its own special nature, and this contract has fundamental differences with the sale of religion to religion, Salam contract, etc., and based on Shari'a and moral foundations are in accordance with Islamic principles. Therefore, according to today's society, economic, social, medical, military, etc. issues and problems, people need such a sale, and if there is no marriage contract, many important issues of the country will be disrupted; Therefore, this license can be accepted according to the rule of expediency and the country's system.
