Abstract
bone graft powder; A vital material in the implementation of the dental implant process. In the meantime, researchers believe that pig bone powder has more quality and compatibility than other types. But what is noteworthy is the customs prohibition of the clearance and entry of this article in the customs laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran. By examining the foundations and causes of this customs law, it is obvious that such a law does not have jurisprudential legitimacy and the use of this article is permissible from the point of view of Jafari jurisprudence. Because evidences such as the objective impurity of pigs, the specific prohibition of the absolute use of pigs and the absolute prohibition of the use of forbidden meat animals are not valid, and the aforementioned proofs are refusal to eat and drink. As a result, the use of pork and its parts, such as pork bone powder, had jurisprudential legitimacy, and the establishment of such laws is considered against Sharia. This research is organized by descriptive-analytical method and with the information of library tools and it is hoped that it will be influenced.
