Abstract
Among Muslim thinkers, "Ali Abdul Raziq Al-Masri", as the pioneer of the theory of separation of religion from politics, claims that there is no evidence or pseudo-evidence for government or politics in the Quran. In this article, the aim is to analyze and criticize the aforementioned claim based on the opinions of the great commentator of the Islamic world, Allamah Javadi Amoli. The method used in this research is descriptive-analytical and data collection in a documentary library manner. The results obtained show that Ali Abdul Raziq's view on the Islamic government is an unreasonable view and a kind of interpretation of the verses of the Quran. Also, religion is not separate from politics, but they are necessary and necessary for each other, and the intervention of divine prophets in social affairs was a duty based on divine teachings, which itself shows the intervention of religion in all matters of the world, and also the government is a necessity that implements the social and legal rules of religion in society.
