Examining canonical Hokm of using inebriant and ecstasy materials from Islamic sects’ jurists’ viewpoint

Abstract
Utilizing wine and other kind of inebriant has uncomplimentary and negative effects on soul and psyche. From medical and social science also it has much harms that western worldrelatively confess to it. Today becomes assert that Islam in countering with inebriant choose right and correct way and for this reason today world accept the legitimacy of Islam law through inebriants. Modern science also asserts that alcohols arethe root of all crimes and corruptions which could spoil wisdom, thinking, Health, property and family system. In today’s society’s addition to wine and inebriants, new material such as ecstasy and narcotic are produce that perhaps in first years of Islam there were no sign of them, and meanwhile harm of these materials are more than detriment of wine. Therefore for today, it is necessary that contemporary Islamic sects’ jurists research through new samples of inebriants, and according to policy of society present judical orders which are suited todamaging effects of these harmful materials, until from jurisprudence and law perspective, take step against this sinister phenomenon.
