Mokallaf person even before their death (Ehtezar) have specific Ahkams and rituals that these Ahkams includes also rituals of after death such as becoming ready for burial, interment and after interment. Of course these Ahkams depending on the cultures face with aberrations which it is necessity to demonstrate these Ahkams in a right way and certainly purgation must happen in available beliefs of people. Additionally in this topic there are differences between Jurisconsult of Islamic sects that examining them is useful. In this article after presenting divisions through these Ahkams it would demonstrate idea of Jurisconsult of Islamic sects and their reasons.
