Precept with Haram deeds is one of five parts of Haram’s deeds that was prevalence in Emamiyeh Jurisconsult after eighth century. From Shi’a and Sonni jurisconsult’s viewpoint earning money with Haram’s jobs are forbidden. For proofing this illegality (Hormat) we could refer to the forth reasons (Adeleh Arba’ee). Illegality’s type is Illegality task (Hormat Taklifi), but, therewith in some cases there is postural illegality (Hormat Vaz’ee) too. This article, at first presents a general view toward Shi’a and Sonni jurisprudence’s opinions about job’s precepts.
