the process of organ donation and organ transplantation; A new and innovative problem with double importance and many challenges. Among the challenges that the jurists of Islamic schools have shown sensitivity to and consider it an obstacle to the ruling on the permissibility of the process of organ donation and organ transplantation is the objective impurity of the severed organs for the transplantation process. Because the existence of objective impurity of the separated member causes non-compliance with the necessary conditions of Sharia commands such as prayer. By examining the opinions of jurists and quoting their evidences about this issue, by expressing several reflections on their evidences, the non-impurity of the separated organs is proved and the reasons for ruling on the permissibility of the process of organ donation and organ transplantation are provided. However, according to the reflections expressed, in the assumption of ruling that the separated organs are impure, the process of organ donation and organ transplantation will be permissible. It is hoped that this jurisprudential research will save many lives from certain death and become an example of the 32nd verse of Ma'ida "And those who live will not live all the people".
