Famous fundamentalists of Islamic religions have considered the designation to have no meaning, or in the most moderate approach, they have called it the loosest of concepts. In the meantime, a number of Hanbalis and some others have believed in the concept of having a title. By referring to authoritative sources in a library, using the descriptive-analytical method and taking a critical look at the popular view on this matter, the findings of the research indicate that nicknames can also have a meaning. Also, in almost all the cases where it is claimed that the title does not have a meaning, there is a reference to the concept of not having. The only difference between nickname and other concepts is that knowing its meaning requires more precision in the statement. Therefore, by providing the preliminaries of the application, which indicates that the title is the entire subject in the ruling, its being a part of the subject and sharing any other subject in the ruling is negated.
