Sometimes a person harasses and insults a group with rude words; In this case, there is a wide difference of opinion among the jurists of Islamic schools of thought regarding the way of implementing Hadd. Therefore, it is necessary to explore the scientific foundations of each point of view in order to reveal a sound point of view based on the philosophy of the implementation of limits. This article is done in a descriptive and analytical way, it shows that according to the philosophy of the implementation of limits, which is deterrence from crimes, and also by referring to the rule of interference of causes and causes and the rule of interference of punishment in the same number of crimes and the implementation of severe punishment in the case of crimes.
