The influence of linguistic sciences, especially the data of the knowledge of rhetoric in understanding the jurisprudential verses in the Holy Quran, which are considered one of the most important sources in the derivation of jurisprudence, has always been emphasized by Imamiyyah and Sunni scholars. They agree that the perfection of ijtihad and The inference of jurisprudence is dependent on the knowledge of rhetoric. The mastery of this knowledge helps the scholars in finding the meanings and purposes of the Ayat al-Ahkam; Because the main function of the knowledge of rhetoric is to analyze the text of the Qur'an and reach its secrets. The results of the research show that these sciences play a fundamental role in allocating the general sentence, binding the absolute sentence, giving a special meaning to some words and expressions, and finally understanding ambiguous sentences.
